Brandon was born in Burin Bay, Newfoundland, Brandon spent his early years there before moving to Brooks, Alberta. He is a devoted father, fiancé, brother, and uncle to a niece and a nephew. With over 15 years of experience in the kitchen, Brandon finds joy in bringing people together through food.
“I love seeing people happy when they eat my food,” he shares. “It means even more when I can brighten a child’s day with a good meal.”
Outside of the kitchen, Brandon enjoys walking his dog, playing video games, and spending active time outdoors with his son.
